Besides, the location was brilliant for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Skyline. The staff were caring and hospitable, did everything, and we felt special.

The hotel is spacious and immaculately clean with an excellent restaurant, I had a very lovely stay. I was happy to have a great and the staff were pleasant and attentive. The service was very good and the location was incredible. Apart from that, a historic bridge was 5 minutes away by driving. Came here for celebrations, recommendable.

A very big room with a 180cm bed. Large breakfast buffet with additional kitchen orders possible. The hotel is located a little outside the city centre, but in front of the hotel there is a bus stop, or about 10 minutes by car.

The bailbrook is a lovely place! The staff were super friendly and professional. They showed us around and explained everything when we arrived. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a great selection of pastries, muffins, and a hot breakfast. The fitness room had top-quality equipment to keep us active .

The peaceful atmosphere and fine grounds provided the perfect backdrop for our family gathering. Our room was spacious, clean, and dog-friendly, including my niece. Breakfast was delicious and varied.
My kids wished for a better pool area for the little ones.

The hotel was comfortable and pleasant enough but tired - the rooms, bars and restaurant are long overdue for a facelift, and many of the young waiting staff could benefit from further training in presentation. They were polite and helpful but unskilled, and often appeared bored!
